Booking Terms & Conditions:

● Customers may arrive 10 minutes early for preparation. Please note that the previous session may still be in use.

Kindly wait patiently and avoid occupying the court outside of your booked time.

Court Usage Rules:

Entry Requirements:

● This is an indoor pickleball court. Non-marking sports shoes are MANDATORY.

● Outdoor shoes, black-soled shoes, or any footwear that may leave marks are strictly prohibited.

● Users are responsible for cleaning or repair costs if the court is damaged due to inappropriate footwear.

Court Maintenance:

● All rented equipment (paddles, balls, etc.) must be returned to the shop after use.

● Please keep equipment and the court clean and hygienic.

● Food is strictly prohibited on the court. Drinks must be in covered containers.

● Please dispose of all trash properly and ensure the court is clean before leaving.

Safety Net & Facilities:

● The court barriers are designed to prevent balls from leaving the playing area. Do not lean on, climb, or pull thebarriers.

● If a ball goes outside the court area, please retrieve it immediately.

● Users are responsible for repair or replacement costs if barriers or other facilities are damaged due to misuse.

● Exercise caution around court facilities to avoid injury.

Personal Belongings:

● Users must supervise their own belongings and valuables. Smashy Club is NOT liable for any loss or theft.

Activity Restrictions:

● The court is for pickleball training and related activities only.

● Any non-pickleball activities (e.g., commercial photoshoots, parties, other sports) are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from Smashy Club.

● Unauthorized commercial coaching, training, or filming is not permitted.

Court Etiquette:

● Respect other users by keeping noise levels appropriate.

● Please observe the queue system and do not occupy courts beyond your booked time.

Children & Minors:

● Persons under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

● Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

Safety & Liability Disclaimer:

● Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during activities.

● Users should ensure they are physically fit for pickleball. Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns.

● Smashy Club is NOT liable for any injuries, property loss, or accidents resulting from improper use of facilities or equipment.

● Smashy Club has not purchased additional insurance for this activity. Users may purchase personal sports insurance if needed.

● Entering the court signifies that users have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Additional Terms:

● Smashy Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

● Smashy Club reserves the right to refuse service to any person without providing reasons.

● In case of any disputes, Smashy Club reserves the right of final decision.
